Everyone wants to be fitter and healthier, but finding the motivation to eat well and exercise consistently isn't always easy. When you're picking out shorts or shirts for your exercises, think equally in terms of attractiveness and comfort. It is important that you dress for the role of an athlete when you wish to behave as an athlete. Just remember that having something that will motivate you to workout daily in good comfort is more important than having something expensive.

Don't force yourself to do things that you don't enjoy. If you do, it won't be long until you forget about your fitness program. If you absolutely hate going to the gym, you may be able to make yourself do it for a few weeks. If a certain type of exercise isn't enjoyable, try something different. Do you enjoy watching a certain sport? Why don't you try playing it for a change? You can get yourself a bicycle or go to the gym and use the pool there. There's a good chance that there's at least one physical activity that's fun for you.
